Immobiliser Failure after Alarm (still running)
Here is the issue. (looked for threads and solutions but have not been able to locate anywhere)
04 93 aero 6 speed conv.
After alarm went off 'Immobiliser Failure' message displayed.
Took neg cable off and left it off for 1 hour. NO change
Car started fine several times, however displaying same message, then stopped starting.
Car starts fine with jumpstarter and then runs fine.
Battery read 12.65 regular and 14.06 with engine idling. (so should be no battery or alternator issue)
What am I doing wrong here?

Starts fine with a jump then runs fine. You might not need to do anything more than clean your battery terminals and cable ends.
