You have a bottom end sound and a video camera hanging over the top of the engine doesn't tell much. If you can't get under the car, take the serpentine belt off, start the car and see if the noise changes. Takes about 10 seconds of running and you will know from the sound change, or lack of sound, if you're looking for pulley or crank.

Put the wrench on the belt tensioner nut, push or pull which ever works best for your wrench and lift the belt up over the pulley edge. I suggest you Google up a U-tube on how to replace a serpentine belt, easy to do with the special belt wrench, can be done by linking a couple of combination wrenches, but you might want to see how this is done before you bust your knuckles doing it.

Shaking tensioner, no noise without belt.
Pull the belt again and hand spin all the pulleys for alternator, AC compressor, tensioner, basically everything the belt wraps around and if you don't find a binding drive pulley look to your harmonic balancer. These things do go bad every now and then.

For the oil light, a well reported issue on your year is sludge blocking the oil pickup screen, drop the oil pan and clean.

You're the one who can see what the pulley and balancer looks like, so use your best judgment. The pulley itself never wears out, but they can get bent if the bolts get loose enough, or the balancer gets torn enough to wear and catch a hole.
