Drawbar for 22" Trailer

My club finally went and bought a kayak trailer, which is what my 9-5 wagon was meant for.
Trouble is, the wagon's coupler rides at 22", and the 1.25" hitch starts at 10" above ground.

I'm having a hard time finding something with a 10-12" rise. Any recommendations? Or, am I doing it wrong?

You can get a 10-12" drop hitch and flip it. Most, if not all, that have an extreme drop are for 2" receivers. You will have to get and adapter to go from 2" - 1.25".

Either you wrote the numbers backwards and the trailer coupler is at 22" or your 9-5 wagon has a lift kit. Solid bar or hollow 5" rise is the highest manufactured for a for i.25 receiver and Summit racing had the best price when I got mine. If you need more height you have one custom made or you can get an extended height 2" ball and put a 2" coupler on the trailer, that will give you standard 17" hitch height. If you absolutely need 22" then you need to use a 1.25 to 2" receiver adapter and the readily avail 2" receiver ball rise mounts to get the height you need.

Thanks fellers, that last option is what I figure I need.
an adapter 1.25" to 2". About 4-5" long to clear the rear bumper.
a mount with 11" rise (well, 10.75".
a 2" ball.

I thought I'd give everyone an update.
More or less, what I laid out above is what I've assembled
I have a class II Drawtite hitch installed, this has a 1.25" receiver.
I cannot find a 1.25" ball mount with the rise I need (10.75").
I was recommended a 1.25" - 2" adapter, which gets me what I need - except it is clearly labeled "not for towing a trailer" (!)

That said, the concern seems to be that, with these extenders, the capacity for tongue weight is cut in half - which should come down to 150 lbs.
The trailer itself is only 180 lbs, with boats, another 250-500. Using the "no more than 10%" rule, that should put me well under the revised tongue weight.

Understood not many might respond . . .mostly, i'm just talking this out for my own benefit.
