I like his videos. I use WD-40 to remove bugs on my bumpers and that's about all it's worth doing

WD-40 is the only fluid I used. This video sure changes perspective!

Experience has taught me that no matter how good the penetrating oils are, none of them are the best for every kind of stuck bolt. Having a selection of oils like WD40, Liquid Wrench and PB Blaster handy for the normal stuck in cast, stuck in steel and stuck in aluminum things that come up are good to have on hand, I keep a can of each in the garage.
Sometimes penetrating oil isn't enough to get the job done and you need to go old school with heat and candle wax, or get scientific and mix your own brew, but off the shelf penetrating oil is much easier to use and store. For the more stubborn nuts and bolts, Oxyacetylene and an impact gun are also good things to have in the garage.

you're absolutely right, shocks and heat are sometimes necessary for getting the bolt, meanwhile if the nuts and bolts are tightened at right specs you dont have any issues ..on my own i have once a guy who's make my brakes pads, the next time i have wanted loosen my wheels bolts, they was so firmly hold i had to use a big pry bar for that with a huge effort needed. take a lesson that day.
