Brake booster vacuum line
Hey Saab guys....
While removing the coolant fountain (the CBV) on my son's 2005 9-5 Arc 2.3, I broke the brake booster vacuum line; even though several threads warned me to be careful of this thing. Anyway, I can tell that I'm going to be doing more work on this car and this thing will be in the way so my question is, has anyone successfully fashioned a replacement with some rubber or silicone vacuum tubing, a couple of check valves, and a T...so that the slightest elbow brush doesn't cause another trip to europarts.com? Thanks.
