By-pass Charge Valve - P1110 vacuum line question
I got the P1110 code which I got about a year ago. At that time I changed the vacuum line from the solenoid to the charge valve as I noticed it disconnected and brittle. This time I noticed this line disconnected again. After reconnecting with no loss of CEL, I changed the by-pass valve. When doing so I found the hose disconnected again. I connected it and checked for a snug fit. I drove the car about 100 miles and for the hell of it checked the hose again-disconnected!🙄 Is there any way this line can get pressurized and blow the hose off the nipple at the solenoid valve?

when you are on boost, all lines are pressurized. use some cable tie to hold it in place, or get a smaller diameter vacuum line.

That's actually exactly what I was thinking of doing. I'm guessing that maybe in the summer heat here that the tubing got soft and expanded making the connection loose enough to come apart. I had thought that the purpose of this connection was to hold vacuum on the charge valve diaphragm. I didn't realize this line became pressurized with turbo boost. Thanks for the response.
