Engine cuts out when hot
help, I have a 2002 Saab 9.3 turbo. Engine cuts out when hot, stops in the middle of road etc. very dangerous. starts up ok, idle's ok but when engine reaches running temp it cuts out. i have installed new - ignition coils, crankshaft position sensor. can anyone help ?? what is wrong ? cheers.

You have replaced the usual most likely suspects and stops in middle of road when engine reaches operating temp isn't nearly enough description to provide any useful suggestions.

Agree with Digger. Scan it. Hope you replaced DIC with an OEM. A component is getting heat soaked, and partially failing. Double check your ignition parts.
