[Help] What is this small part ?

Hi there,

I was cruising relatively quietly with my family onboard when a "clink" noise occured as I was pushing on second gear.
This sounded like a small metallic part that has fallen from my driver's door or my seat.

At home, when stopped I found this little piece of metal that look like a contact of some sort :

Does anybody know what this is and can help me figure out where I should put this back?

Hi there,
I've finally figured out where it came from. It is one of the three clips that are keeping the interior light switch in place.
Just in case somebody encounters the same thing.
