    Wrong fuel level

Good day colleagues! I apologize in advance for my English, as I translate by translator. I have a SAAB 9-5 2002, 185 forces AT. Imported from Canada years ago. This car I bought recently, before that was 3.0 V6. There is a problem with displaying the fuel level. When fully charged, the tank level is not more than 3/4. I replaced the pump Assembly with a new flask. Not original, produced by JPARTS. The result is exactly the same, nothing has changed. Then with the mechanic tried to adjust through Tech2. Tech2 shows the fuel level ( when FULLY fuelled!) 59 liters and adjust that-either not is obtained. Can who faced a similar problem? I have was thought that differ fuel pumps for Europe and Canada or the US, but in the catalogue number have them one.

Did you have changed the fuel sender unit in the same time you have been doing the pump change. ? could be coming from the cap too

The pump has been changed completely, assembled as it comes from the factory. Fuel level sensor on it

I also get a 3/4 reading when the tank is full.
I believe the aftermarket fuel pump sender might have a different voltage range than the original one.

Also, check if the markings are aligned (one marking on the fuel pump assembly and one next to the opening where you put the assembly into).

Sometimes a baffle might come loose in the tank causing the float to stick, giving the wrong reading.
