oil leak around heater hoses

Hi guys my 2003 9-3 linear has an oil leak near the heater hoses I replaced my valve cover gasket and it looks all clear around there now. I cant see exactly where it is coming from but thinking maybe vacuum pump because its only thing I can think of that has oil in that location that can leak right now. what do you guys think with the attached pictures.
