    Exclamation White smoke

    Any advice / help with the following issues :

    - Very dense white smoke at cranking out of the pipe
    - Engine misfiring and stalling
    - Water getting out of the exhaust pipe
    - Smoke in turbo area with oil smell even after engine stops

    - Remove spark plugs and endoscopic examination of pistons surface
    * cylinder 1 : clean, with some carbon deposit
    * cylinder 2,3,4 : plug : fouling of carbon, carbon deposit on piston surface

    - no coolant in oil
    - little loss of coolant in expansion tank
    - never experienced overheating and problem while driving
    - cannot start the car

    Sounds like a faulty head gasket ?

    cylinder gasket is leaking on the inside engine ...or more probably turbo leaking when you said you've not the mayo issue ...you need to check the turbo shaft play

    Thanks for your advice, I'm currently removing the cylinder head. I will replace all gaskets .
    Check the turbo shaft and it does present a big radial play.

    Don't search further the turbo is your culprit ...each play on turbo ending with that symptoms, if you do the job don't forget to change the copper washer everywhere they were used and respect the torque specs on them.
