Loss of power with trouble code P0171

Greetings! I’ve been noticing a loss of power on my 2007 Saab 9-3 2.0T (Big T). I put in a MAF, New coils and new OEM Saab spark plugs (yes I checked the gap on each one and torqued them to spec). I also did my best to check for vacuum leaks and couldn’t come up with anything.

Any input would be appreciated! Maybe a fuel delivery issue? o2 sensor? I’m not sure where else to check or even what that freeze frame data means.

I attached some Pictures from the Freeze frame data in a thread reply below.

Freeze frame is sort of like a photo finish, but instead of telling you exactly where the horses were when they crossed the line, it tells you what the ECU was looking at when the code occurred. If you want to know if your O2 sensors are working, set your scan tool to monitor operational data and watch the voltage fluctuations of your O2 sensors. While looking at that don't forget to look for exhaust leaks an dirty fuel filters.
