Plugged drain under wipers
Just had an expensive bill to unclog these and dry out my 93. Something about plugged drain hole in area under wipers. Is this a user-cleanable area? Plastic grate over this area looks like not meant to be removed.
Thank you for any information!

Yes, passenger side first, then drivers. I actually saw a few drops dribble down from up behind the console/dash under the glove box

Your cabin filter holder is probably your other problem. I had water on my passenger floor as well. The foam "sealer" around the plastic cabin filter holder, dryed out and crumbled away. That was letting water flow right inside the car. Mine eventually ceased up my blower motor too. I pulled the holder out and cleaned off the rest of the foam. Then I used silicone to seal it back up. It's been dry ever since.
