SAAB WON'T START UNLESS BRAKE WARNING LIGHT IS OFF

How's it going guys? recently my car hasn't been starting every time I go to start it... i realized it only starts when the brake warning light isn't on n when it doesn't start and i leave the key in "on" postion i hear this buzz coming from the engine around the intake n i also hear a click repeatedly idk if it's the throttle making that noise trying to start the car or what but I've already replaced the netruel safety switch but it was used so will i need to buy a new one? any ideas guys???? i have a 93 06 aero

Try pulling the battery neg cable to reset the system and see if that cures your problem. Brake warning light doesn't keep you from starting the car, but it is a symptom of a confused computer. Reset everything and hope it was a confused component and not a bad one.

I'll try that tomorrow i think the problem is deeper than that though n turns out the clicking isn't coming from the throttle but from this part near the air intake box
