2004 saab 9-3 linear electrical problems. Please help someone

Can you please give me some advice about my 2004 9-3 linear 2.0t? My windows don't come down, doors do not lock, no air conditioning, and the radio doesn't work. There is power going to all of these things, the buttons and displays are illuminated but nothing actually works. Other than these issues the car is mechanically sound. I'm at a loss. Please give me some advice if you can. I don't mind doing all the work myself, i just need to know the root of the problems. Thank you very much for any help.

I would start with checking fuses and relays. The buttons may be illuminated but that doesn't necessarily mean there is power to the doors and radio. The A/C may be a different problem.

When did these symptoms occur? For example, did they suddenly all happen at once? Did you just buy the car with all these problems? Did they gradually happen over time. This might help.

I agree with nordwulf that you need to start with fuses however. Next, get yourself a decent multimeter (amazon has some solid ones for $20) and start checking for voltage. I'd probably begin with the radio. Pull it out and make sure you have power to it. It's possible that the lighting circuit for the stereo is different then the actual stereo power circuit. If that's not it then did it get hit by lightning?

I noticed that there is a something coming off of my power cable with two prongs going straight up ahs looks as if something should definitely be connected there. I wish i could send you guys a picture. Does anyone know what this could be?
