1999 9-5 AC evaporator removal
Has anyone here done this? Reading the work instruction it says to push the pipe through the firewall, I can get the evaporator to move slightly left and right inside the box but the pipe length is too long to slide out. The evaporator itself does not leak and it doesn't leak at the expansion valve O-rings, I believe one of the pipes may be damaged somewhere inside the foam at the firewall but I can't get a clear look until I remove it.
Any insight is greatly appreciated.

Looks like the pipes need to be cut, the new evaporator pipe section is 2 pieces.
