ACC Code 08 question. (Aussie market)

    Just hope someone can help.
I have a 9-5 wagon that's thrown the dreaded 08 blend door code. With all the articles I've read referring to LH side or RH side I'm wondering how it applied to my 9-5 which is RIGHT hand drive (Aussie/UK market)? Did Saab reverse the HVAC system for the RHD markets so that everything I read saying LH or RH needs to be reversed? Or, are heater boxes the same irrespective of whether the car is LHD or RHD? Just confusing as when I read "drivers side" or "passenger side" I'm not sure which configuration it means.
Thanks in advance for any info!

it should be the same whether you drive on left hand side or right hand side. 08 is the left side and just saying it should be 100000 times easier since no steering wheel is in your way

Oh great..phew! Thanks for the reply.
It's actually strange. Even though I'm getting the 08 code everything "seems" to be fine? My heater/air con goes from hot to cold and back fine and the air blows through the different vents when I redirect them. Reading through similar probs owners seem to get no heat, no cold or air stuck coming out of one vent only. I'm not going to explore it too much further as it seems ok but it's still a head scratcher!

    Thanks for the reply.
I actually did it a few times and "thought" I'd solved it....HOWEVER...
On a fairly long drive I realised that hot air was constantly blowing out of the console vents into the back seat (amen it's winter down here!) no matter what setting I had the ACC on. Something controlling the heat is obviously stuck open!
I'm guessing this is a symptom of whatever door or actuator isn't working properly. Looks like I'll have to remove the glove box (LH side for my RHD car) and investigate!
