NEW GEN SAAB 9-5 2,0 TID4 DPF SENSOR

Hi can someone please help. My saab came up with an Service Vehicle Soon light and went in to limp mode. Diagnostics show the DPF sensor. Can not reset or clear the code at all. SVS light keep on coming on. Anyone had the same experience and if so what was the fix. Thanks Will

Never seen a Diesel Saab, but expect that DPF is cleared the same way as all new diesel cars, clean the sensor, clean the filter, replace the filter and if that doesn't work you go in for service.

Hi, most probably if fault code cannot be cleared and the car is stil in limp you have your DPF stuck. Go to service and they can force the burning manually to clean the PDF. It has happened once to me. I don't recall the fault codes but service now text came to display and car was in limp.
