Purchased a used Saab 900 2.0T -98 today and it has been working fine all day. It didn't cost much because there were some error codes that I knew about when buying it.

  • SRS
  • Check Engine error code 3 Temp sensor, intake manifold
  • Check Engine error code 7 Adaption

Unfortunately, I am not a mechanic, but I got the tip to cut the power by loosening one battery pool and then running in the fourth gear for adaptation to take place. Thought it was worth testing but after i cut the power fpr about 1 minute and I switched on the battery again the car does not start. Goes around properly and is good with power but will not start. A bit annoying for it started perfectly a few minutes earlier. Does anyone know what I could do to get it started? I really hope I didn't ruin my nice little newly purchased saab just by breaking the power
