9-5 2.3T Shuts Off While Driving

I've had no misfires, no check engine lights, and no codes.

My 2008 9-5 (144,000km) dies while driving with no warning. No hesitation, it simply dies. The first 3 times it happened the car started again after letting it sit for 30 minutes. The fourth time, the car started after leaving it for a few hours. The fifth time, it did not start again and hasn't started since. The engine cranks, there is fuel, the spark plugs and DIC have about 15,000 km on them. Dash lights up, and radio etc... work.

Please, what is my next step? Ignition switch? Maybe the aftermarket DIC is a piece of junk?

Of the things that can give you this problem the CPS is the most common culprit and replacement is suggested. Even if it isn't the cause of your problem this time, it is an inexpensive, easy to replace, common failure part.
