Interesting finds. Coolant related.
It was more green before I wiped it. Perhaps the weep hole on water pump is leaking onto it? I have no idea where the water pump is.
Also found coolant at a tee below the coolant bypass valve.
I’m guessing there should be a vacuum line here. PCV related? I don’t see any hoses floating around

Well I believe it’s leak detector for the Freon.
