Is my coolant bypass valve leaking?

Here are photos, is the coolant bypass valve the only thing that could be leaking here?

More than likely yes. It is a common failure point.

There is absolutely nothing else that could cause the leak there? I am replacing it this weekend, is there anything else I should be looking for while in there?

I would be extremely, extremely careful when you change it. I followed the write-up on here and while it was a little bit of a chore to get at with pliers for the constant tension clamps, it was relatively not hard to change. What happened to me was that the brake booster to vacuum pump to intake manifold hard line snapped at the check valve. Going forward I would probably remove the line from the intake grommet, the vacuum pump grommet, then swing the whole assembly up and out of the way-or pull the plug from the booster. There is a vacuum tee also nearby the coolant valve and be mindful of that as well. The solenoid in your picture-one hose goes to the top of the bypass valve, the other goes into a tee. I broke my tee when I did mine. Thankfully a generic vacuum tee from local autoparts stores fit well. I bought a large sample kit and it was the smallest tee in the box, so look for tiny ones-almost windshield washer sizes. I did mine at night because I was impatient so take that for what it's worth.

As far as anything else that could leak, there is a gaggle of hoses that attach to coolant bypass sitting beneath it. It is "possible" for a leak to develop there but unlikely.

Thank you for the thorough response. I actually just had these hoses replaced (probably due to last mechanic accidentally cracking the hose) I'll report back when I finish it.

Itís a lot harder if you donít have a clamp opening tool.
you can also eliminate the valve entirely wi a sexy on McKay hoses.
