New clutch and flywheel - strange noise

Hi everyone, first post on this forum. I was hoping to get some help on a noise I'm having after a brand new clutch, flywheel, slave, and tranny fluid on my 08 Aero. The clutch is the Sachs performance clutch kit, and the flywheel is a LUK DMF (dmf132). FTE slave cylinder. The new fluid is redline (not sure exactly which kind yet, have to ask my mechanic.) Ok so basically, when the car is stopped and in neutral, I'm hearing a chattering/clanking noise. The noise goes away when I press in the clutch pedal. I've had 3 06+ Aeros and none of them ever made this noise, although all were on stock clutch. I've driven about 200 miles on it, figuring it might go away as the parts wear in, but the noise has not decreased. Can someone enlighten me on what may be happening? Maybe I just need to break in the parts more? Different transmission fluid? I'm going to talk to my mechanic tomorrow and let him know what's going on but wanted to know if anyone here might be able to comment on the situation beforehand. Please let me know your thoughts. Thank you everyone!

This is very odd. Was listening to the noise more in my garage. It's still happening when my foot is off the clutch. I figured out though that if I release the clutch very slowly, the noise is not audible. It's only when releasing the pedal at a normal pace. Anyone have any idea on why this could be happening?

My best guess is the throwout bearing...did you replace that also? If so, maybe its the wrong one or not installed properly

Isn't the throwout and slave cylinder a one piece design on these f40 transmissions? Brand new FTE slave cylinder in there (I read FTE makes the OEM ones). I'm wondering if it could be the gear oil. The mechanic put in redline MT85 GL4 instead of the OEM MTF0063. I'm wondering if that could be the cause of the noise?

Anyone know what I should do about this? Is it normal? Should I bring it back to my mechanic?
