    Spark plug gap

2010 9-5. 160k and I’m replacing the coils and spark plugs. Using NKG DILFR7B10G spark plugs which come pre-gapped at .040 in. but WIS says .043 in. Which should be used?

I would use the specs in the WIS.

However.. the difference is only 0.003" so 0.07 mm. You must have very accurate measuring tools to be able to measure 0.07 mm so I would use the pre-gap and not mess with it.
