Tow bar for Saab 9.5 (2004) Limousine

I am looking at getting a tow bar fixed to me Saab. At present I have my bikes on the roof but this is getting a bit of a pain putting the rack on and of and getting the bikes on etc. so I thought if I have a tail-mounted rack it would be quicker and easier.

How hard is it to put a tow bar on the Saab? Are the mounting holes underneath already there or do I need to drill in to the chassis? Or?

What about the electrics? Is there a plug in the wiring or do I need to cut in to the excising wires?

And what is with the acoustic backup-assistance? Does that need to be turned of as I suppose it will not work when a bike rack is mounted?

Any tips or instruction are appreciated.

There are a number of different tow bars available in the EU/UK and there may be specific instructions for different part numbers. The links below will get you started to see what's involved. Not sure if there are any aftermarket towbars available in Europe.
