Saab 9.3 2.0T convertible stereo wont fire up

How many amps does this car have i found a post saying it down to the optical lead in amp1 i found amp on top of the navigation all plugged in but there was one connector that was just hanging there with amp written on it the amo i found already had lead in it with optical lead so dont think it goes into that any ideas no sound of indicaters system lights up but blank no sound

Haven't had time to peruse the site daily and after a week of waiting for a reply you may have already found that the cause of your problem is " amp 1 " mounted under the drivers seat.
