    Headlight Washer Cover Problem

When I purchased this 2011 Saab 9-5 Turbo4, it was missing a passenger side headlight washer cover. I got a new one and painted it. However, once I installed it, I noticed that it leaves a sizable gap. The cover's size and shape seem just fine. It appears almost like a part of the washer assembly separated from the bumper. Any ideas of how I could fix this?

Your Passenger side is my Driver's side, looks like the stops have been broken off, possibly when the original cover was lost, You will need access to the inside of the bumper to affect a repair but look at the other side first.

Had to take it into a body shop. Apparently the headlight washer assembly is heat-welded to the bumper. They just welded it back on with some additional epoxy.

Glad to hear it was easy to fix.
