P0325 p1351-p1354 help

Hey! I have a 2003 saab 93 vector that I recently replace with an engine from a 2005 saab 93 arc convertible in the process I also replaced it with a turbo from am aero engine since the old turbo was bad when in start the car with its original ecu it was running very rought then I used the ecu from the 2005 convertible married to the car and its no longer running rough but I am getting these codes with no boost any help would be appreciated thanks

All fix up now thanks to saab central
