Standing water in wipers area on the drivers (left) side

    Hi,
I have noticed standing water in wipers area on the driver's side. It's the left side of the car in the U.S. I have wipers motor there and it is partially submerged in water.
I see a lot of tips here how to clean the clogged drain on the passenger side by the cabin air filter. In my case, however, the water stands on the drivers side, not passenger side.
Should there be another drain on the driver's side? Where does it go, how to clean it?
    Thank you.

Yes there should be a drain on each side, the driver's side on your car would be the passenger side on a RHD model so have a look at a UK forum for how to clear it.

Thank you, I found the drain on the drivers side. It was hiding under the electrical harness that goes to the wipers motor, but once I've removed the plastic cover, I could see it clearly - see the attached pic.
Since I've already removed the plastic cover, I've cleaned the passenger side drain as well. I've also inspected the cabin filter, which is due for replacement.
