Labor Costs Steering Line Install for '03 9-5 Aero

I have an '03 9-5 Aero which needs complete steering line replacement. I have a brand new line kit from ProParts. A local Saab dealership says it is five hours labor to replace front and back lines. This seems excessive to me. I know that the book says it's a 4.5 hour job but it is my understanding that it's possible to do it differently and more easily than the by-the-book procedures. Is this wrong? By the way, this is the price quote from a local Saab dealership. When I told them I had a ProPart line kit they said that the Proparts kit is more difficult to install than some other kits. I thought ProParts were supposed to be good. But, does it really take a seasoned Saab mechanic five hours to replace both lines? Any replies or input are much appreciated. I am at the point where I need to decide whether to put more money into this car or try to get into something new. Having to spend $370 for steering line replacement is a big hit but if it's a legit quote then so be it.

$370 for 5 hours labor isn't that bad in comparison... Mist mechanics around me charge 125/hour if not more.
