    2001 9-3 Completely Dead Electrically

I have a close friend who has a 2001 9-3 Sedan which is completely dead. In spite of having a brand new battery it seems there is no electricity getting anywhere, no interior lights, no reaction to the key, just nothing. I was hoping someone would have some idea what to look at first as a possible point of failure.

    Thanks in advance,

Assuming that you have checked both ends of both battery cables your most likely failure point would be the fusable link. Google up the part so you know what it looks like and then follow the + cable till you find it.
