New throttle body problem

Had new hella throttle body fitted to,2004 9-5 hot aero engine idles between 1500-2000, garage says throttle body at fault supplier says not possible, also had new turbo and boost control solenoid, don't know what to do can anyone help?

If it isnt setting a DTC for the throttle body, it's very unlikely the throttle body is at fault. Check for vacuum leaks.
