Cabin air not cold driver side 2008 Saab 9-5

The passenger side and center vents measure measure 56.4 degrees Fahrenheit using laser device. Driver's side only goes down to 73.6. Stepping motor fully functional. Blend door arm is just like new. No visible broken parts. Heat works great on both sides. Tech II tool doesn't show any codes.

That is a classic sign of low refrigerant.
