2007 95 starting issues

I recently replaced my alternator but recently my Saab has had trouble starting. I had the battery tested and the report seemed fine. Saab Battery 8.27.22.pdf

I'm thinking it is the starter. However, could it be a voltage regulator?

I drove from State College to Hershey (~2 hours) after sitting for 3-4 hours it struggled to start. However with a jump box, it starts up quickly. Some mentioned that they thought it sounds like there was a little binding when trying to turn over.

Any thoughts or suggestions would be helpful

If you fitted a new alternator I would expect the voltage regulator to have been new too. If you fitted a reconditioned or just a used one the voltage regulator is a possibility. However, check the connection between the battery negative lead and the car body too.

Your battery tested as "good, recharge" meaning its not fully charged. You need to check for an excessive current draw with the ignition off.
