SEVERAL FAULT CODES ON TECH 2

codes as follows P1616 EDC16 OR CIM NOT ADDED P1614 SAME AS 1616 U2139 CIM MISSING ON BUS. P0070 OUTDOOR TEMP SENSOR B1440 ISM INTERNAL FAULT B1383 CIM SHORT TO B+

Car shows steering lock malfunction , recently replaced the ISM original would not recognise key. Car will start by bypassing the starter relay. indicators and 4 way flashers not working. interior lights not working sun roof does not open, low voltage message when pressing the control. recent tech 2 test shows BCM missing on BUS.
