1995 900S, no windows, no ac, etc.

Hello,

I've been a long time fan of Saabs and finally got one. It's old (172K miles) but in pretty good shape. The problem I'm having is with the key in the on position (but not started) everything works. But as soon as I start the engine, the windows,fan,ac, etc stop working.

This seems to be a faulty ignition switch. Can anyone confirm this? Or if there is some sort of relay that's gone bad?

And if it is the ignition switch how hard is it to replace?

I can try, but it's intermittent. Also the headlights are not working correctly either. Only have low beam. Switching to high beam I get nothing. I pulled the bulbs and they are not burned out. (OEM bulbs.)
