I have a cracked bumper

I have a 2005 Saab 9-5 Arc with the usual clear coat peel the car still looks fantastic however I have a small crack in the front bumper and I would like some suggestions on how to repair it without having to replace the whole bumper

If you can find a former dealer with the tools there is a weld repair in WIS for most of the plastic parts.
