Do not buy from RBM Performance. They are not serious or honest...

On December 19, 2022 I bought online two parts for my automobile (1) handbrake handle kit for saab 9.3; and 2) Plastic doors handle covers kit for saab 9.3) for a total value of ?196.75. Both were made by 3d printing and were of bad quality. They were placed in my car and over time they suffered irreparable damage: warp and crack (see enclosed photos). I made the complaint through the means available on the RBM website and an exchange of emails began, but with responses very spaced out in time and in quantity. In an initial phase, they recognized the problem and were ready to solve it, even saying that I would be reimbursed for the amount spent. However, time has passed and they don't answer my emails.

After filing a complaint at the European Consumer Center and after showing the case on several SAAB forums I was refunded. RBM didn't deign to speak to me, but they gave me my money back. It was difficult, but it was!!!!!!!!!
Note: I don't know if there was any cause/effect relationship between the complaints I made (and I warned them that I was going to do so...) and the refund...
