Coolant Issue

Searched the forum but couldn't find my exact issue. I have been leaving a small puddle on the driver side of the vehicle after using my vehicle. About every week to two weeks I need to add coolant. I do not have a pressure tester but when I pro-actively replaced my water pump (and all hoses) at 220k I vacuum tested my system and did not have any leaks. I thought that maybe the fans weren't kicking on and I was boiling liquid out so I checked the fan circuit. What I originally found is that when I jumped the 396 relay the right fan kicked immediately on. When I jumped relay 155 neither fan came on. I removed the connector from the left fan and checked for voltage when the relay was jumped and I had voltage. I then measured the resistance of the fan and it had 0.5 ohms which seems reasonable for the fuse rating. Plugged everything back together and they still didn't work. Repeated several times with no change and then all of a sudden the fans started working when I jumped the 155 relay. I thought perhaps my issue was resolved but I continued to lose coolant. I do not have a Tech 2 but I do have a VXDiag VCX Nano and I have a software emulation for the Tech 2. Sorry for all the background before getting to my question but I was under the impression that I could activate the cooling fans with a Tech 2 but that doesn't seem to be an option in my emulation. Can anyone tell me if a real Tech 2 has cooling fan activation (for both fans) on a 2008 Saab 95 2.3t?
