This door panel looks suspiciously like mine
It is from a 2008 Chevrolet Malibu. I presume some shared research and design was used. The inside door handle is at the same angle and looks the same. It is also around where the 9-3 handle is. The door lock knob is also similar looking. Maybe some of the locking hardware is the same. Maybe a source for spares????

Interesting. I bet a lot of Chevy/GM parts would serve as replacements. I know the rear brake calipers on my 93 Aero are the exact same as the ones on my brothers 08 Cobalt SS.
