Michigan - Fall 2010 event - color tour

I am interested in a Fall event, something along the lines of our annual color tour, but multiple attempts to email Ron at Trio Motors in Burton (to see the new 9-5 first) have been unsuccessful. We have met there many times in the past and I was hoping to do so again. Is there enough interest for me to pursue this yet? Typically we meet in mid-October, but weather forecasts predict a warm Fall, so perhaps late Oct would be OK to still see some color, have dinner, see the 9-5 (??) and whatever else.

I am game, You should also post on Saab Central, there are some fellas on there that would love to do this as well. Maybe I should call Trio and ask them if they have a new 9-5? Does Fox Saab have a new 9-5 ?

He sounded excited about the idea and also said they may be able to help with a rally or some kind of sponsorship for the meet. Yes, I do, but SE MI gets us the best turnouts, and Trio is a great place to meet. Repeated attempts to make contact over the past couple of months have been unsuccessful however. So... since I have some Halloween commitments, is early Nov too late? And does anyone have an idea on "where"? I guess we "could" invade Trio on a Sat AM, as they appear to be open until noon anyway, and then go to lunch/dinner, or a short color (or limb) tour? Anyone have any other ideas or fun drives? Winery? Apple orchard? I am interested but my efforts so far have not worked, and my time to plan has been a bit limited in September, due to work commitments. Anyone on here near Trio where they could stop in?

I have about 125 on my email list, so if we can get something together soon, I will publicize there and via Facebook.
