SaabWorld management team
SaabScott kindly offered his expertise and support for SaabWorld. While everything is still in the development phase, existing moderators from SC are invited to join this site as well.
It is important to note that anyone here showing interests and offer to help is not abandoning SaabCentral at all. Many have a long history at that site and have been loyal through the years. I respect that very much.
SaabWorld is meant to be an addition to all the Saab forums on the internet. The members will choose which one they like best.

That's fine but please Scott put some water in your wine before getting on your high horses and disciplining members.
I wouldn't want you to get the same reputation you justifiably earned in SC.
OK ?
If not i'm gone ... clear .. ?Cheers from a little town 3 hours Saabing south west of Huy

I noticed some of Scott's replies sound rather direct and sometimes the tone of a post is difficult to figure out with just words. But I am sure it often is not meant that way. Well, most of the time. :p But that's why we have smilies.
David, I am sure you meant this as advise and not criticism, right?

Frank, I'm sure you know me well ..
Smiles are fine but too much power in the hands of a censor and the means to wield out unncessary discipline I don't accept..
I said my bit .

I can't recall any censoring on SaabCentral but perhaps I missed something. While SaabCentral seems to be a bit controlled at times, I like it much better than sites like saablink.net where pretty much anything goes. And it definitely is not as bad as saabnet.com. On these forums, you're dealing with a large community with members having different backgrounds and standards. There is no way you can please everybody all the time.

That is interesting. I am only seeing 2 posts while your profile says 3. Which board/thread did you post that in?
You can ask about any company like Elkparts here. Nothing is being censored.

That's why it is important to keep SW independent from any commercial business interest. Site sponsoring should be considered but only if it doesn't affect what we can talk about.
