2012 Saab 9-5 SportCombi sold to new owner in Osnabrück

This 2012 Saab 9-5 SportCombi had been for sale by Venza Cars in the Netherlands for quite a while.  Many of these unique station wagons were auctioned in Sweden in 2013 after the bankruptcy of Saab Automobile. Only 27 of these models have been produced and Venza bought several of them.

This last 9-5 Sportcombi 2.0 TiD Aero Hirsch found a new owner in Osnabrück, Germany and he certainly looks very happy with his new car.  Venza posted these pictures on their Facebook page. The color is Java and the diesel engine provides about 160 hp and 350 Nm.

Venza listed this car for € 59,999 which included 21% sales tax so that is about € 47,400 before taxes.  That is a large amount of money for a 4-year old car but it only had about 6,400 kilometers on the odometer.  And you probably will not see one for sale anytime soon so a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.

We will probably see an update about the new owner and his new car at http://9-5sc2012.com soon as they do an excellent job of keeping track of these awesome cars.

Pictures from the Venza website:

  1. I still really enjoy my 2005 9-5 Aero SportWagon but this would have been my next Saab. Sadly, it never happened.. 🙁

  2. Moin.

  3. I love the wagon but it never made it to the USA. I have the 2010 sedan. I am looking for the front band rear bumper spoiler and side spoiler as well. I see them on the European version. Can anyone assist me in locating the company I can purchase them from? I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks
