    looking for the early small metal bumper for the front (nothing on the rear..filled the holes)...and yes she sits too high planning on cutting the front springs (no lowering springs for the early 99's...c900's were a heavier car so i would end up with the same stance)

    That is a BEAUTY!! But why lower it?

    My flat-nose '86 900 sits that high. I rather like it--something different from the "me-too" lowering crowd, if you know what I mean. I rather enjoy the muscular look of a high-up SAAB on big tires. It's not like they're particularly aerodynamic anyway, and it's too much work to put proper sway bars on my car to make it handle well

    WOW. I wonder why no rust. If they daily-drove it in the Albany area, that seems strange. You tempt me... Wish I were still looking for another car, or had any room at all. The 900 my girlfriend ended up buying is falling apart at the autobox, and requires about 5 hours of work per week just to keep on the road.

    Someone ought to save that car, though! It could well end up being something awful, but if it isn't, I'd like to see it go into good hands. That owner doesn't seem like the most meticulous person, judging by his spelling and grammar.
