    Hi Guys,

Just thought I'd join as was bored with other forums, I'm currently running a Black 9-3 Aero TTID (2009) saloon Hirsch remapped. Had owned the car since April 2009 and what a great car it is. So far, this is what's gone good & bad:-

    The Good.

Hirsch remap - tranformed the engine now running 200bhp and goes like a train (43mpg on average)
Running on 18's fitted with Michelin Pilot super sport.
16's in the garage waiting for the winter (fitted with Conti TS830P's).
Grill homebrew mod - I've meshed the upper 3 parts of the front grill and fitted a hirsch emblem - looks a million dollars.

    The Bad.
A/C condenser had stone damage - fixed myself by replacing the condenser and then a regas (fixed).
Alternator went Dec 2011 (fixed with a replacement)
EGR clogged Jan 2012 (cleaned & fixed)
Water pump was leaking (as found when having the timing belt replaced).

Running great at the moment, I love this car!

    See you all around OK.

    Welcome to SAAB World!

I recently had an encounter with a 9-5 TTiD on the Autobahn and let's just say it gave my Aero a run for its money, those oil burners got gobs of torque. Let's see some picture of that 9-3!

There are quite a few choices when it comes to Saab forums and other sites. Glad to see you decided to join here. And yes, pictures are always greatly appreciated.

Thanks Guys, here you go -

Loving this car a lot! I've also got a winter setup with 16" arc alloys. Meshed grill with hirsch badge - looks pretty good for £20!

    Hi
Can you give me some details on how to make the grill please. I have a grey 2008 9-3 aero TTID Convertible and this would really set it off.

    tks

    Simon
