Too bad it wasn't last weekend as I was in the Chicago area. Too bad it is just a bit too long of a drive for a regular weekend.

That's great you posted this Frank. Hey if the weather is nice it would be a nice ride up and back. I've done that route many times. You could also take the ferry over out of Ludington.

How about we arrange a meet in northern Michigan and everybody drives up here from Chicago? It's actually only about 6 hours but the drive is quite boring.
