2011 Saab 9-5 - Clock seems be Swedish Time & Navigation won't keep data
Hello forum,
I have a Saab 2011 9-5 which does not keep time in my local or any of the destinations in Navigation.
Sometimes the clock becomes correct time (about once a week or so) but after next start it is back to regular.
All destinations get erased once car is restarted.
I took it to a Saab dealership and they said the software/firmware update has been PULLED and it is no longer available due to problems with the update and there is no attempt to update by GM or Saab.
So, this is my last chance. I am in southeast PA (Philadelphia suburbs)
Any ideas?
Thanks...Q

If you hit the Nav button then select Map Data Information the software version will be displayed. In trying the find the UK software I checked other forums ( in the Stares) and I think a few people had the latest software on USB. Also United Radio would probably be a good contact. Let me know what version you are on and I will do some digging around for you, regards
Colin

your current software level should be U803. I did some digging around and found this link to a forum that has made the download available; http://www.saabcentral.com/forums/sh....php?p=5400322
This looks similar to the european update although the steps are slightly different but should still be straight forward. Would be interested to know how you get on.
regards

Hi Colin,

Thank you very much for all your help.
