2003 9-3 for sale (Dallas/Ft Worth area)

Hi everyone,

This is my first post so let me know if I'm in the wrong area.

With much angst, I'm looking to sell my black 9-3. It has about 145,000 with a few issues. It's been loved and taken care of but can't invest more repair dollars. I can provide more info upon request but below are the goods and bads. Not sure of a fair price so all conversations are welcome!

Good:
New water pump
Primarily driven on highway
Clutch assembly roughly 4 years old
New driverside rear window actuator

Bad:
Both passenger side window motors broken
Traction/stability control issue (car will sporadically shut off while driving)
Areas of paint needing reconditioning
