    Buying guide 2011 Saab 9-5

Hey everyone. New to the forum. Looking at buying a 2011 9-5 turbo 4 with 85k. Any input?

Hi, sorry I'm just new to the forum, and getting to you late, bought one with 95K a month ago. Great car, solid, unique, nice ride, but can't really call it a sport sedan, handling on the weak side. Really not sure it can compete with an A6,or mid-range Bimmers/Benzs. Replacing front rotors, but otherwise, terrific. If it's not too late, I'd go for it! Happy to talk more as you enjoy it!

If your car has 95K miles on the clock check the suspension bushes?

Thanks for the tip, Geoff, is this for the suspension all the way around? Not being a mechanic, how does a suspension bush issue manifest itself?

Clonking noises, especially over bumpy roads. Rapid tyre wear, usually on one edge, and poor or poorer handling because the wheels aren't as controlled as they are supposed to be.
