A20 DTH engine
Hi - Can anyone please confirm if you can transplant a vauxhall Insignia A20 DTH engine in to a new generation saab 9-5 2.0 cdti . The engine codes are the same and the whole engine looks the same. I am sure that they use the same engines in both vehicles.
Can anyone confirm please?
Thanks
Will

Unknown. That would be a good project to report on.
Suburb is an independent repair place for Subaru near Seattle. At one time, I was considering buying a Saab 9-2X and asked if they could service such a car. They said they do not after having a bad experience servicing a 9-2X and finding that there are subtle differences that make it harder for them to do it. They said some job they had to do turned out a few hours longer due to unfamiliarity with the car.
